Morning Meditation
Connect with friends for a morning weekday meditation practice. No experience is required. Open to all. FREE!
The format consists of two 20-minute meditation sessions separated by a 5-minute walking meditation or mindful stretching. A brief reading or guided meditation is presented by teachers in training and/or WMC’s teachers followed by a brief discussion.
Please join us any or all of the days. Drop-ins welcome.
Meditation instruction is available for those who wish it.
Meets weekdays, Monday through Fridays, 8 - 9 AM ET (except holidays)
