September 9 - December 16, 2024
Katonah Village Library, 26 Bedford Rd, Katonah
Led by Warner Dick and Tom Pantaleoni

The Monday book group will be reading The Wisdom of No Escape and the Path of Loving-Kindness. We practice mindfulness meditation together for the first 20 minutes and discuss a chapter for the remainder of the hour. No prior experience with meditation is necessary – instruction is available. At the Library, we sit on comfortable chairs, rather than cushions on the floor.
Join us for a friendly exploration of inspiring topics, and experience the mutual support gained through in-person group meditation. Drop-ins welcome.
