A Journey into the Mirror

An Online Event — November 17th, 10AM on Zoom

When we don’t recognize the nature of the reflections appearing in the mirror, what we experience is confusion. When we recognize their nature, we experience freedom. Traveling the profound and vast path of the Mahayana reveals the true nature of both the mirror and its reflections.

Andy Karr is a long-time Buddhist student, teacher and author. His most recent book, Into the Mirror: A Buddhist Journey through Mind, Matter, and the Nature of Reality, is a contemporary guidebook for a Mahayana journey into the empty, luminous nature of reality itself. As Trungpa Rinpoche wrote in The Sadhana of Mahamudra, “This is the universal ground of everything: it is the basis of freedom and also the basis of confusion.”
